Refund & Return Policy
Due to the delicacy and perishable nature of the product all sales are final and we do not accept returns. We provide full refund or replacement for orders that arrive broken. NOTE: We only process returns if an error was made by Madea's Homemade.
If a product arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement. Please send all inquiries as well as photos of damaged product to email@example.com
Madea's Homemade is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If an order is showing that it has been delivered but the customer did not receive the package please contact the shipping provider.
